I tried it a bit yesterday or something, but was too tired to figure out how it works. I have it on my computer, though, so I guess I'll try it out some more. Hm... I guess I could as a friend if he could give me PhotoShop. But that'd be illegal. :/ Never heard of ArtWeaver or ArtRage, but I believe I tried out <a href="http://Paint.Net/" title="http://Paint.net/" rel="external">Paint.Net</a> sometime. Don't remember what I though about it, though.
