(I always hated how the original film literally jumps from Bambi crying following his mother's death to happy singing etc once Bambi's grown up in the next scene, such a radical change of tone, far too quick and was my only problem with the film, but Bambi II remedies it a great deal, only thing that bothered me was its title. (I hate how Disney called midquels and prequels &quot;II&quot; I really did)
