He was stern looking, and looked like he wasn't liking his job. I paid the normal amount I've aaalways paid to get where I needed to get to. He looked at me and said I was $1.75 short. I told him I wasn't going far, and always paid that amount. He then told me I could get fined $173 if it happened again. It sure put me in a worse mood than I already was that day.
