The Equestrian Enrichment Project (Again, not sure if it's called that.) was a good Portal crossover. I've read a few others, but that's the best. Even Cupcakes couldn't compare to those. One more is Cutcakes. It's a parody of Cupcakes where nothing bad actually happens.
