All unloyal. Now, the score for this would be 4 (3-grunt, 1-miranda, 0-the rest). 0.6666 was the 'score' when I divided 4 from 6. According to the flow chart, only 2 people would've died. (tali and mordin) But apparently Kasumi died with them.
