If one can't abide by them, and appeal decisions in a civil manner if they feel they are unjust, then there are certain punishments to contend with... The unfortunate fact is that the majority of RDN users are teenagers, and have a tendency towards very strong emotions, knee-jerk reactions, and outbursts...</html>
