Back when we hard a hierarchy, of princes and princesses, there was but one king. His name was CarcinoPony. He had selected two queens, and Bolt was one of them. (And then Vriska came along, different story though) Bolt was arguably more powerful than the king himself, but she was humble. They ruled until the dark times of RDN, which have just recently ended.
