I live in a suburb 30 minutes away from Chicago, and we have several stores in the city and a couple are hoity toity, and some are just ghetto. Like I said, ours straddles the borders of several communities so we get a mixed bag, but I've seen plenty of people in very expensive suits/jeans/outfits that walk around like God made the earth for them to rule over with their fat wallets. The best term I can think of without being overly rude is persnickety.</html>
