  1. @mrmattimation "I am, tiny hands down, the YUGEST cherry-up this great nation has ever seen! I am positively # at losing! No one bankrupted companies like me, and no one bankrupts nations like me."

  3. @mrmattimation Yeah, I was watching this Netflix thing (that ultimately shills their anime lineup) where they called it a "medium" and I was kinda uhhmmm....

  4. @mrmattimation Yeah. It was well done enough that I am optimistic for Zim, though.

  11. @mrmattimation IIRC there were no new taxes, though! Just increased existing ones.

  12. @mrmattimation You know, in a lot of ways I wouldn't mind if it were 1991 again...

  14. @mrmattimation The group bit helps. Four 30-somethings? NBD. One 30-something? You had better be one of the kids' dad.

  16. @mrmattimation Never forget Valentine's day. Another day to feel wronged by society. I hate it more because it's culturally more established and has stronger connotations.

  17. @mrmattimation Putting things on the backburner just because you are scared of what you might find is a road to disaster.

Probably unrelated, this just popped in my head http://rainbowdash.net/url/874971

  20. @mrmattimation You can wait for the next version of the Octane Renderer that will get DXR support but that's not cheap.

  21. @mrmattimation AFAIK Blender has CUDA and OpenCL support for its cycles renderer.

  23. @mrmattimation For putting down something in a store while you look at some other products and then possibly forgetting about the first product ?

Does that mean if it were up to you I would go to jail for that one time I accidentally left a can of beans in a open-top fridge ?

Would it be better or worse if I said the thing exploded ?

  24. @mrmattimation Recycling plastic is bad because it's a dead-end product and gives the public the illusion that using it can be consequence-free. Each time it's recycled it degrades more and more until it's useless. Recycling paper is bad because paper biodegrades pretty well and more recycling discourages tree replanting. Don't know about aluminum and glass. I thought those are okay.

  25. @mrmattimation Pretty sure if I got to vote either her or Carly Fiorina from the 2016 elections, Marianne Williamson would get my vote. However these are not the insanity-elections.

But they will be known that way by half the country or more if 'he-who-shall-not-be-named' gets a 2nd term.

  28. "I personally don’t actually care that much" - @mrmattimation ... raises eyebrow.

If I were to lower my standard of things that irk me just a Weee-Little-Bit just 1 setting then I would be taking up a neigh permanent 20 out of 30 font page slots on this website. Meaning that everyone has a tresshold that makes something worth posting/dashing about. Which is the long way around to say "Yeah I actually do think you care"

But whatever happens next. Try not to bottle it up if you know that somewhere in the future the bottle might explode. After all you already said it was YEARS ago.

  29. @mrmattimation I'm sorry what ? Did you even try to talk to someone about this ? By that I obviously mean someone who can do something with/about it.

I can only wish you the best with it, which is, sadly to say, not really all that helpful in the bigger picture.

  30. @mrmattimation My whole life, pretty much, I've not been able to sleep without some kind of medication, or being drunk or stoned, or on 36 hours of exhaustion (and sometimes not even then). Our last live show for # I got maybe 6 hours over the 4 day weekend.
