@trister I guess so... :/ Still, I've heard of meet ups for various other things costing a LOT more money, probably with less people there as well for some of them.

I'm thinking about taking a trip down to Cribbs Causeway tomorrow to visit the Games Workshop there, learn a bit more about Warhammer 40k. I don't know if I'll properly get into the game, but it never hurt to try it a little more, and I really enjoyed my first visit there. :)

Still not sure if I'll be going to the MCM Expo meet up, it all depends on how much the travel costs will be. The convention DOES seem interesting though, but wouldn't I end up going just for the meetup? !midlandsbronies#
