(Yes I know Nightmare Moon is Luna, but if you remember form that game Solid Snake and Liquid Snake are brothers, one is good the other is evil. @noirbatch Well your the first I found who would try and I thank you for it. And no worries really, when it comes to writing take your time.And also if you want you could finish the story first, then post it online. I don't do that however but that's just me lol. And well, best I could think of now is really just to make a re-make of one of the games and use the MLP characters really.
