@firestormdangerdash Thanks! The real need is for direct care providers, but due to the low pay most of us don't stick with it for very long.. I've moved on to working with teens with Asperger's and learning disabilities because it pays slightly more for example, but I continue to visit some of my old clients as a volunteer.
