@thatonestocking IRL, as long as the people surrounding me are somewhat respectful and educated, I try to be as chivalrous as possible. Then again I agree with you in the "men regarding women" aspect. I try to avoid that, instead treating both genres equally, whilst still retaining the basic courtesies towards women, like giving them the seat in the bus or letting them pass first through a door. But let me point out, towards women, not female beasts.
