@ceruleanspark I didn't reach that point in Fallout, the only really advanced playthrough I have is my main character. It happened me a lot in Oblivion, though. Around level 20 I was already far too powerful to have any fun. There's ways to ake the game more challenging at late levels, but leveled enemies jut break any semblance of realism. The best option is having immensely powerful high-end enemies available from the start, but people would complain about dying constantly.
