    @vt3c Christ. I remember when the drug dealers who used to live next door to us threw a loud party. When we called at 1/2AM they were pretty co-operative with us (knowing that we didn't really want to reveal that we called... guess how well that would go with people like them :/). Why don't these police want to co-operate?
