    @oracle Yes, and this process takes quite some time. That is why Microsoft invented hybrid mode. It is like Hibernation + Sleep + the power does not go out. Since recovering from sleep mode takes less time the system will be back up quicker. Yet if you lose power you do not lose progress of whatever you were doing since you can hibernation-recover back into your work... Or at least that is how I came to understand it
