@oracle Talk me to your process of fermenting peach juice... Do you cut up peach ( blender? ) put it in boiling water, and then put it in a yeasting bottle with some yeast ? ( adding yeast after it hits 40 Celcius or something, for most yeast dies at 95 Celcius... 100 Celcius being the boiling point )
