    Gitlab has votes on merge requests, and a bar on the UI to show the votes, but no vote up/down button. You vote by leaving a comment saying "+1". This isn't explained anywhere in the software's documentation. The documentation does, however, have a dead link to an "emoji cheatsheet" hotlinked from somebody's Dropbox account. Good software.
