    Sorta reminds me of those old assassinations ( KGB was kinda notorious this way, although the CIA and AIVD were no pretty boys either ) who used own developed gadgets to fire .22 rounds ( really small rounds ) really close into the skull of who they wanted dead, the round would just have enough velocity to enter the cranial space and pingpong ( ricochet ) around internally like a pingpong ball in a bucket. ...
