I'm so mad. I ordered comics at a comic store I don't usually buy my comics but they offered these comics. I wrote to them multiple times why the order isn't shipped yet and why it hasn't arrived, multiple times. They didn't reply. After a week I phoned them and the person said that the chef was on vacation and that they are low on staff and couldn't reply to all the emails. I guess the person doesn't understand the concept of a FIFO queue to process jobs. Also the person said they got only one copy of a comic and it was already gone. It was the last time I ordered anything there. I had problems with them in the past (communication-wise and delivery-wise) and this was the last straw.
