    The German Telekom mistakingly sent me a new contract (or a confirmation thereof) for my grandparents via email. Once I gave them my email when I had to setup their Internet when their router lost all the connection data (and my grandparents didn't find any papers with the setup data). Luckily I read over the bill and discovered that they sold them an entertainment packet which they won't use because they have pay tv. About 20€ a month for something they won't use is ridiculous.
