Just finished Disenchantment. I enjoyed it a lot & I’m looking forward to Part II... whenever that is. I think ending the first part on a cliffhanger like it did was a little strange considering the show wasn’t terribly serialozed before, like, the seventh episode. There’s an underlying arc that’s obviously present throughout the series, but the shows aren’t direct continuations of each other until the eight episode, when the show dives headfirst into the plot and stays that way through the finale. The only other episode like that was the premiere, whose conflict is directly continued in the second episode.
