The Simpsons' second title sequence (the one from season 2 to season 20) makes me really mad because when Bart leaves the school on his skateboard, the camera goes lower than the background cel extends and you can see the cel in the very back (the sky) for a few frames. That sequence was used for 19 years and it was never corrected.
