Virginia’s always a super interesting case when ur comes to elections these days because most moderate/centrist voters in this state like Republicans but HATE Trump, so basically every election we’ve seen in this state since 2016 has seen Democratic candidates SUPER over-perform the local partisan lean because the Republican candidates all keep aligning themselves with Trump because he’s, you know, the President.
