@omni It depends. If you need a centralised server that should store all your data then it is the way to go. Otherwise it is not necessary. Also this pogoplug can be used for more than storing simple files. I'm looking how to install a caldav, webdav server to synchronise my calendars and address books. Or i just install owncloud. I don't know yet.

@omni I own a pogoplug (a ceap NAS) and Arch is the only distribution that supports this device. I'm ususally a debian guy but arch is fascinating in some points.
