@rarity I'm gonna sound really pretentious here and say that I absolutely wanted to set myself apart from Eddsworld and HotDiggedyDemon with these cartoons. I didn't want this to be another "but what if the ponies WEREN'T happy???" scenario, but I also didn't want it to be "this is exactly like the show except these three dudes are hanging out". I had to find the balance between the two and without Jonathan I don't think I'd have found that balance.

@rarity I guess it's the name of a bird that's believed to be extinct now? Which is likely a symbol of fertility. I know that it evolved to the letter "ba" in Orkhon, the Turkic runescript.

@rarity I think it does exist as a tamga (akin to a heiroglyph) in ancient Turkic cultures as well, no idea what it represents.
