@rarity Just one of those things to look out for on those models. Ford trucks weren't designed the best when it came to loaded suspension and the loaded joints wear out quicker as it is.

@rarity Lift as close to the wheel as you can, get it off the ground, grab the top of the wheel and shake back and forth. Then grab the top and bottom of it and shake. If you can do the former and it moves, but not the latter, balljoints are loose and you might as well replace both simultaneously.

@rarity If you get a balljoint press sure, it'll take a good while. Because of how much steps there are to take the balljoints out of the knuckle... you know what, do you have a floor jack where you can have a wheel off the ground?
