@simsa0@quitter.se more about the #sheep-behaviour: I see that often in chats, people come and want to try a software (e.g. friendica or SN). And then they (of course) want a #bridge to their old friends (who did not think yet about leaving their homebase and don't know of the #glorious plans of that user ;-)). And then they say: but then my friends will not like this and that... and then I tell 'em: when your friends don't share the same #ideals as you, perhaps it's time to look for #new friends?

And to make it clear: #personally I don't need any #new shiny features, #statusnet works for my needs perfectly (though I may complain here and there, but the main function of SN is done great by SN. Everybody say thanks to @evan@evan.status.net). I'm still running version 1.0.1 (security patched). If I want to add something, I code a plugin and that's it. And yes, I'll also patch again on security things when they come

Oho, there were 6 accounts editing that #imported page from Wikipedia :-) Everybody can #copy + paste. But not everybody can make something #new of a text (e.g. rephrasing, gaining new ideas (for others),...) What do you think about starting such things as a type of learning #experiment ?
