This week in music - Techno.

This week on Monday (3/24) VA-Techno Released a 40 song album. Some of the dogs were simply named, such as :
-S1
-S2
-Excess
-Motion
Simply named, but the tracks sound pretty good to me.
On Tuesday (3/25) D-Wan released "Tales of Techno" EP001. It has a nice beat but it doesn't exactly make me want to get up and dance.
Next up is DJ Allen-C Bonedaddy with the release of his remix of "Close your eyes" by Henrik and Jakob Leidholm on Wednesday 3/26). This one has a really nice beat about half way through. Really made me want to dance. I'll be looking into this guy some more for the future.
In History - Techno: The techno scene in Detroit didn't start there. It was almost forced upon Detroit by the UK techno scene. When Detroit eventually accepted techno, Detroit started with a riff and industrial sound. This stuck, bringing what was one of the best music scenes to Michigan in the 1980's and 90's.

That's it for this week. Come back next week for a Drum and Bass post!
