@critialcloudkicker Nice trick. Mostly they want to speak with my father and I'm too dumb enough to realize in the first seconds that they are telemarketers. My father phones to a lot of people that I don't know so I'm not always sure if it's legit or not. This time I'm certain that's not the case.

On another note: I put the cases of 9 SNES controllers and a ton of SNES controller buttons in the dish washer to clean them (low temperature up to 35°C). I got a good deal for a bunch of defunct SNES controllers on ebay and I want to repair as many as I can and give them as a birthday gift.

Damn you Disney XD for having a stupid release schedule for Gravity Falls. Can't you just release a new episode every week like the other broadcasting stations? Instead you chose to release the first 2 episodes on the same day, the third the week after, another 3 weeks later, and now we have to wait 2 weeks between episodes.

@scribus I think it won't happen in the near future because Minecraft is Java-based and thus it will work despite of the owner change. But I think that Minecraft will be completely re-written for a second version and thus the Linux support will be dropped in favor to Windows and XBone.

@mcscx The pen is almost 15 years old. It was already in a bad shape when I left school. It was rusty and it had a weird scratchy and uncomfortable property when writing on paper. Also the clip on the cap is broken. I think it is time to throw it finally away.

Aw crap. I wanted to use my old pen again but it wasn't used for a long time and the ink got so hard and finally rusted the iron feather so it isn't usable anymore.

If someone gave me $2.5*10^9 for something I made I would certainly accept the deal without thinking twice. I'm not surprised that notch sold Minecraft to Microsoft for this much money. If I had $2.5*10^9 I would buy me a castle and create a huge archive with every video game in existence.

I bought "Beyond Good & Evil" (PS2) for 2€. The funny thing is that there was a 10€ price sticker on it. Under that sticker was another with 15€. Inside the case was the original receipt saying that it was bought for 10€. So somewhere in the middle of its life it was more valuable and then it crashed.

If I were crafty and tech-savvy I'd buy all the floppy drives from ebay (they are really cheap) and build a pipe organ like instrument. Instead of the pipes there would be floppy drives.

I'm holding an original SNES Jr. gamepad and it feels really cheap. The 3rd party controllers I own are better in many regards. The SNES Jr. gamepad is extremely lightweight and the plastic is very bendable in comparison to the original European SNES controller. Also the d-pad can be pushed into, which is very uncomfortable besides the fact that it makes clicking noises when used. I guess nintendo made not only the snes very cheap but also their controllers to sell the whole package for a very low price.
