@rarity He hopes that we approve of his ideas to some extent. Every artist wants validation from their peers to a degree. "Here is my work. What do you guys think?" But even if we didn't like it, he'd still feel nice having made it and finishing it for himself, not for anyone else. He laments sometimes about not being as popular as he'd like, but that doesn't change the content of what he does or how he does it, per se.

@mrmattimation I just count calories and I end up being lazy as hell, but able to maintain my current weight. I'd almost like to be a bodybuilder again, but that takes zest and desire for life and all that, so, pfffft.
