@ceruleanspark It was the way she treated the sheep in Sisterhooves Social. It could do one of two things: Either make me see Applejack in a less positive light or shatter my belief in Equestria as a fully-realised fantasy universe. Silly me chose the former at the time. Later on, I realised that headcanon is superior to canon anyway, so now she is simply the Ponyville equivalent of a Gorean.
