@flaredancer that's not too bad(apart from weekends, even though I prefers to work weekends because then the roads and stores are empty during the week when I'm off) at least you know exactly when you are working. There's no funny business.

@renovatedkitchen Yeah, it is nice always knowing when I work. It's easy to plan my classes that way, too. I just really hate my job and don't want to work weekends or nights anymore

@flaredancer it must be a pain to work nights all the time though. And it's gotta be even worse to try to sleep through the day. Still debating on Washington?

@renovatedkitchen I would love to live in Washington or Oregon, but it's looking like UCLA is a better choice for my BA. One of the teachers there is an archaeologist who specializes in Scandinavian studies.

@flaredancer Well, as long as its genuinely written. And I know that that is what you do want to get into, so personally, I think the professor would love to get a message like that. Shows hope in the future generations. I bless you with whatever courage I may have.

@flaredancer no problem. #hugs. If you have your heart set on something, then show them that. I couldn't see why a prof wouldn't want to help a student like that.

@renovatedkitchen Some people are just naturally grumpy? I think he'll probably be receptive, I just have troubles talking to people I don't know. Especially about anything this majorly important.

@flaredancer I know what you mean! I can talk buckets about anything, but as soon as its about something I care about, really like, or have a lot of interest in, I lock up, deny it, and say I like something much opposite of that.

@flaredancer I bought the stuff, mushrooms and all. Didn't buy any tofu yet. Debating on tofu or something else that's similar. Will probably stick with tofu. I have the weekend off, so I'm gonna make it on Saturday.

@renovatedkitchen You might be able to use chicken, but I don't know. I've only ever had it with tofu. I suggest the extra firm tofu, if you decide to use it.

@flaredancer okay. That's an idea. If I can get a hold of some organic chicken that is. Not sure if the farmers market is open here yet. If not, I'll use that extra firm tofu like you said.

@renovatedkitchen I prefer the extra firm because it's got a better texture than the softer stuff. I have a thing about certain soft textures.
