      @broniebrown Wait... ehmm... I remember when playing Operation that all the things had a funny name. Broken Heart, electric bone, adam's apple ( actually shaped like an apple ), snappy tendon ( the rubber band ). Ofcourse I played the Dutch version. But... what kind of similar funny-ness-es do cows have ?
