          @northernnarwhal That certainly isn't pleasant. I sometimes had to do a fair deal of heavier lifting at work a day after lifting at the gym (back when I had time for such things).

              @northernnarwhal It isn't ruled out that I will be killing my arms, legs, etc. in the future, as some specialized HVAC fields involve all sorts of heavy lifting. I know Pipefitters do all sorts of such lifting. The pay is excellent, but I have heard horror stories of some Pipefitters having back and joint problems when they hit their 50's.
