persona 4 the animation is pretty bad

@mushi It isn't that bad. Admittedly the plot is for the most part an absolute mess but it for the most part succeeds in other regards. The characters and dialogue are varied, the art style is creative and stands out, and its faithful to the source material without being alienating to those not intimately familiar with the game. It works as a show with entertainment value, not spectacular but fun to watch anyway.

@northernnarwhal i really didnt like it, the art is weird and they're foccussing only on the highschool slice of life part of the game so far, not introducing the characters or anything. Though the episode they go to okina was funny

@mushi There are several filler episodes scattered throughout it, though the character interactions are still strong enough to not break suspension of disbelief, at least for me. I thought from a visual standpoint the series was fun to watch, it's pretty heavily stylized.
