Wow, I must be in stupid mode, I can't find the "enable USB" option on my Android phone...
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:26:19 UTC from web-
@omni Linux phones are better.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:27:04 UTC from web-
@nerthos There linux phones. SAY WHUT.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:27:50 UTC from web-
@marsh Android uses the Linux kernel. Therefore, Android phones are Linux phones.

@omni So much to learn :0

@marsh Motorola a1200 runs on Montavista Linux.

@nerthos Yeaaahh ima stick with android thankyou
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:31:05 UTC from web-
@marsh In years this phone never game me an error.

@nerthos Because Android sometimes likes to hide options really well doesn't mean that the Linux kernel is a piece of junk. I'm more interested in running Boot2Gecko, but seeing how that's not released yet, I'm stuck with Android.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:28:03 UTC from web-
@omni I think you misread that. Lesson of the day *again* Omni loves hostility.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:30:18 UTC from web-
@nerthos You said "Linux phones are better" while Android is Linux-based. Because X can't be better than X, it sounded like a sarcastical comment to me.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:31:01 UTC from web-
@omni I don't know how neither Android nor iOS works, since I'm not interested in "smartphones".
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:32:34 UTC from web-
@nerthos I used to love smartphones, than I actually found out how much less reliable they are than non-smartphones. Sure, they can do more, but you can't trust everything to work as it should in case of an emergency...
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:34:04 UTC from web-
@omni *then >_>
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:34:15 UTC from web -
@omni Mine has SMS, phone, camera, calendar, clock, alarm, music player, java and audio recording; as well as an acrylic that protects the screen when it's closed, something smartphones don't have. Well, and lots of things I don't really use. As long as this thing works, I'm not going to buy another phone.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:36:51 UTC from web-
@nerthos Smartphone screens tend to be durable enough to not need a protector for the average user. (unless you have an iphone lol)
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:39:46 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Yeah, though since I usually works with engines and heavy things, I preffer something that can stand a real hit. If you hit this one with a hammer, you just have to replace the acrylic.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:41:09 UTC from web-
@nerthos You can always get an extra case.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:43:37 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Yes, but as long as I have this one buying another phone is wasting money. The only thing this one doesn't have is wifi, and wifi on a phone is useless for me.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:45:25 UTC from web-
@nerthos You sound just like me before I got my smartphone. Oh well, to each his own.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:46:26 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Yup, to each his own.

@redenchilada I know iv'e dropped a good amount of times for it to break and hasn't, so I agree.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:41:13 UTC from web-
@marsh Everyone I know with an iphoen has some sort of problem with it, mostly shattered outer screens (with exposed circuitry on some!) and one broken speaker.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:45:04 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Sounds like the work of a serial iPhone smasher.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:45:47 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin I swear I've seen a video of a _paperclip_ destroying an iphone screen.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:47:09 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Are you some sort of voyeuristic snuff film appreciator? You say that all these breakages have an important thing in coming, and that is that you're friends with their owners. Seems mysterious. Maybe even SUSPICIOUS. HMMMM.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:52:24 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin Snuff films are SCARY. *Runs away*
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:53:45 UTC from web -
@thelastgherkin I barely know half the people.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:54:10 UTC from web-
@redenchilada So it extends to strangers' products too? When will you finish your serial smashing madness, Red? WHEN WILL IT END
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 16:57:45 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin Dude, if _I_ were breaking people's iphones, I would own up to it and be proud of it.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:07:16 UTC from web-
@redenchilada That's just what a guilty person WOULD say. http://tinyurl.com/3kjlu99
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:12:38 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin A guilty person would cover their tracks. I have neither deleted your accusations nor banned your account. :)
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:13:36 UTC from web-
@redenchilada But you're not... to allay my suspicions!
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:14:37 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin If I wanted to allay your suspicions, would I keep trying to defend myself? Defending myself looks suspicious, and since I'm making no effort to _not_ look suspicious, I couldn't have possibly done it, since if I had done it I wouldn't _want_ to look suspicious1
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:16:18 UTC from web-
@redenchilada But by defending yourself and making yourself look suspicious, you are becoming a red herring in that someone who is guilty couldn't possibly make themself look guilty, riiiiiight?
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:18:46 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin Exactly! So I couldn't have done it!
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:19:34 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Guilty people can't possibly act guilty. #redenchiladalogic
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:23:57 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin Why would a guilty person _want_ to act guilty? That draws suspicion upon themselves.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:24:38 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Because innocent people are also nervous enough to act guilty. It's a cognitive thing.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:29:07 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin So by acting guilty, you'll have no clue whether someone is innocent or not, whereas by acting innocent you're sure to be found as guilty! I get you.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:30:00 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Correct! Meaning you're still in the frame.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:31:57 UTC from web-
@thelastgherkin But I'm not _guaranteed_ to be guilty.
Wednesday, 11-Jul-12 17:33:32 UTC from web-
@redenchilada EVERYONE IS GUILTY
