I wish there was a way to accentuate the word "I" when not having additional markup possibilities like bold letters. Writing I capitalized to make it sound like you're saying it more loudly simply does not work, because it is already a capital... Damn you, English language.

@omni you could do this - well at least *I* think so!

@crusader8 Hmmm, I guess that somewhat works. Guess, for lack of better options, either *I* or - I - will have to do, though they both are... not perfect. Still, thanks!

@crusader8 Sorry, I can't help that that solution feels imperfect and I'd rather have a perfect solution :x

@omni what's so imperfect about that as a solution?

@crusader8 Neither * nor - have any grammar regulations, and *I* is not a word (and looks just as much like a smiley (whatever smiley that would be) as it looks like the letter I being accentuated).

@omni that looks like a smile? Who on earth has a vertical smile?

@crusader8 I... don't know.

Dear GIMP: Albeit I appreciate your effort to help me, you are not a PDF reader. I know you can import PDFs as images and let me edit them, but I want to READ my math answers, not turn them into a beautiful work of art.

@omni But in another language, you couldn't capitalize "I" in the middle of a sentence, so you run into another problem.
