  1. I'm just screwin with you guys. Being a brony is far worse than being a furry.

    1. @abigpony Well you definitely fooled me.

      1. @tekkdan i thought the over-aggressiveness couldn't be taken seriously.

          1. @tekkdan being a furry? We're all bronies here. How can we be really upset at furries at this point.

            1. @abigpony I honestly don't see what's so bad about furries, yeah ill admit its odd, but that's what makes them interesting. Also same goes for bronies, even if we have had more success in the media than furries have. (I think, I'm not exactly sure on that, not trying to start anything)

              1. @tekkdan I used to dislike furries alot, but when i became a brony, I learned to appreciqte them a little. The only thing I ever really bash them for anymore is making original characters, which I don't usually approve of in any context, and wearing fursuits and stuff of said OC, though that usually doesn't leak online and is alright in that case. At this point, though, I dislike bronies alot more than furries.

                1. @abigpony I wasn't expecting to hear you say that you dislike bronies more. 0.0

                  1. @tekkdan when you've been around it for 2 years you see everything and you get stuff to compare.

                    1. @abigpony I know very little about furries to be honest. It's not that I don't like them, it's just that I haven't really, you know, researched them or been involved with them. I dunno, it's kinda like bronies, you hear about them, but you may honestly never truly know what a brony is if you were a non-brony.

                      1. @tekkdan well i'm not a furry either and i could say that it's unfair for me to say anything about them based on that fact as well, but i've hung out with alot and observed them in their natural habitats as much as bronies (sometimes at the same time) and all i can say is that bronies seem to be more inclined to be nuisances than furries based on the fact that they encourage it. They both have bad apples that is usually what you see from the outside, but it's unfair to judge based on that.

                        1. @abigpony I know that people have their own opinions and tastes, but I usually have the urge to rub the fact that I like/watch MLP in other people's faces. Not to say that I do, but I get that strange feeling sometimes.

                          1. @tekkdan why?

Sunday, 04-Nov-12 05:49:47 UTC from MuSTArDroid
                            1. @abigpony I dunno, I guess because I like the show a lot and people think its weird for a guy to be watching it. thinks for a minute I'm honestly not exactly sure how to answer that at the moment.

                              1. @tekkdan but no one thinks it's weird anymore. It's so popular now that it's just a show.

                                1. @abigpony I wish I could say the same thing, but you don't honestly think that everyone knows about FiM and accepts knowing that someone watches "My Little Pony" no matter how good the show is. There's always gonna be someone that goes," are you serious that's for little girls" and blah blah blah.

Sunday, 04-Nov-12 06:14:17 UTC from web
                                  1. @tekkdan but that's not an issue because that's their opinion and their playing on the fact that the show is marketed towards little girls whereas that isn't the reason we even like it. If they want to ignore the fact that, when it boils down, it is just a show, let em.

                                    1. @abigpony They do it because its easy to make fun of someone for it, and people are more likely to agree with them than the person who's getting put down for it. One thing that really gets under my skin is when someone would say that because I like MLP must mean that I watch other girls shows/shows for small children, or that they would prefer watching a show over MLP even though it sucks majorly in comparison. Oh, and I also think its funny that a guy will admit to watching The Powerpuff Girls, but they just refuse the idea of liking Friendship is Magic, even though it was made by the same person. People can be such idiots sometimes. >.<
