@thelastgherkin Ahaha I wish I could sit in on that hearing. "No guys it's nothing like your IP, see, the name is different!"

@ceruleanspark His kickstarter was even self-dubbed "The Luna Project".

Hasbro might not have to defend their ancillary rights nearly as often if they'd stop being apathetic/slow as molasses about producing stuff that fans want, but that's not going to happen I'm sure

@pony I'm so glad that every fan is 100% agreed on what they want and don't have varying conflicting interests at all. That'll make it much easier for Hasbro to please everyone.

@thelastgherkin of course we're united.. at least mostly. The fans want every stinking thing possible that can possibly have a pony printed on it or that can be made in the likeness of a pony.

@pony I don't want any of that. Doesn't look like we're "united" at all.

@pony For them to "Give the fans what they want" they'd have to make multiple sizes of anatomically correct plush of literally every character that ever appeared in a single frame of animation, including that one guy whose face-half-disappears during the grand galloping gala.

@ceruleanspark Dude! I love that guy!!
