@ceruleanspark The only other Zelda game i've played was Twilight Princess. I didn't like it at all. But the wife really loves Zelda so why not give it another shot?

@wafers Pardon the intrusive question, but "Wife?" I had no idea that you were married. Seems like my conceptions about people around this fandom keep being challenged lately. If OOT doesn't work, seriously look at LTTP, it's basically the perfect Zelda game. If you can't like that one, then it's definitely not the series for you.

@ceruleanspark Nono, not literal wife. But it is a mutual relationship. it's sorta an inside joke. We just always refer to each other as spouses. Sorry about that.

@wafers SNES in its original iteration I think. There's a GBA port around which is probably easier to emulate.

@ceruleanspark alright, i'll give it a shot. Although I made a vow to not play any other game until i've beaten Oot. As much of a wretched creature I am, i don't like breaking a vow.
