!houstonbronies Ok I got a good video for a Love & Tolerate test for everyone. This was posted in this mornings Nightly Roundup post on Equestria Daily - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgFWtK2AoPk&lc=6qDPeD3L67R3CEXTIHJcXUXLEr83JyXSyZlsneZnyEU&feature=inbox - I got a great laugh out of this today and learned that we're not supposed to draw a hexagram on the floor with the mane six's cutie marks, get a sacrificial bowl of cotton candy and tray of cupcakes, and chant Giggle at the Ghostly trying to summon a talking pony to teach me about friendship. Who knew? I think Celestia would be proud of this lesson. Don't you? ^_^

@cypresswolf I first hear about the show from webcomic Broken Plot Device back in May - http://www.brokenplotdevice.com/2011/05/02/give-love-a-chance/ - http://www.brokenplotdevice.com/2011/05/04/brony-4-life/ - I didn't start watching until a couple weeks later when I looked up the voice actors through wikipedia to discover half of the cast has done voice work for many of my favorite anime of the 90's and beyond. Andrea Libman - Reboot, Gundam 00, Bleach, Cybersix, Card Captors. Tara Strong - Boh from Spirited Away, Raven from Teen Titans, Kaya from Princess Monoke. Kathy Weseluck - DBZ - Choazu, Puar, East Kai, Kid Trunks, 5 Gundam Wing Series, and Inuyasha. By mid June I was hooked.

!houstonbronies Just got back from work, checking my list of websites for updates. I just checked youtube and found that Kyrospawn's DA has updated the pony soundboard. !houstonbronies I'll be heading up there thursday, october 27 to check in so I can be first in line to scout out the area and get my con badge and stuff. Hopefully my hotel room will have internet access so I can post news and updates throughout the weekend. !Houstonbronies The main Oni-con website for those who haven't checked it out is - http://www.oni-con.com/main#!__main - Early registration price for the con badge ended october 1st, so for those who would still like to go, the registration tab at the top will help you set that up, but at the full price. You can buy a day pass or a weekend pass depending on how long you plan to stay. There may still be some room in the 3 hotels withing walking distance. Mention the Oni-con rate and you can get a discount for Friday & Saturday nights. Hotel tab is left of registration tab. There's still plenty of time to plan, we've still got the rest of october to go through. I've got my hotel and itinerarie planned out. Feel free to ask me any questions if you have any troub;e or would like to meet me there. The site has not yet uploaded a day to day time table of activities yet, but if and when they do, I'll post the link to that here.
