@themailmare Explain to he who issued the ultimatum: issuing ultimatums are very selfish in the given context, and also unfair. Additionally, You don't want to throw away 13 years of being friends because you're opening up to more people. He shouldn't have to throw away your friendship either, unless he really wants to. Then you ask him why he would want to throw it all away over something like this.
