  9. @lordsombra87 @randomwonderbolt Sending swears doesn't actually help solve anything, it just makes the IT guys not care. A crash log would be far more useful to them.

  10. @lordsombra87 Somehow I feel like you're making guesses on what areas outside of your city are like based on nothing.

  11. @lordsombra87 See, living in the South, I would like to deny the stereotype that southerners are all gun toting psychopaths.

  12. @lordsombra87 Does it have to be ugly? I feel like it would be a gradual fall from power, followed by a collapse of the Republic and an establishment of a new government.

  15. @lordsombra87 China is climbing back to it's former place after centuries of slowly decaying.

  16. @lordsombra87 China has also survived for thousands of years but it has been occupied by other powers, like Mongolia.

  18. @lordsombra87 All empires fall. Every couple hundred years the reining empire falls, like it happened so many times before. An expansionist regime must stay at the peak of it's power, because once weakness or a lack of stability is percieved, all the nations that were wronged go vulture on the empire.

  19. @lordsombra87 Nah, it didn't offend me. A poorly done military operation is not something to be offended with. It was before my time. I would have faced it in an entirely different way that they did, with a real interest in taking them back after a century of foreign occupation. The government at the time was a yankee puppet dictatorship. Another funny thing is that that war ruined the whole method of control USA had for south America, since one of their would be pawn dictators grew too restless and attacked one of USA's allies.

  20. @lordsombra87 As an Argentinian I can say it was a stupid war, since it was poorly planned and executed. With competent military leadership it would have been different. It was to us like Vietnam to you, only war lost in history. I'd personally just nuke the islands though, since they're a strategic military point that will be forever contested between any country with interests on those waters.

  21. @lordsombra87 Funny thing about that war: some British boats survived because the Argentinian air force was using bunker buster bombs as opposed to weaponry designed to blow up soft targets.
