@metaltao Indeed. It isn't like I could feasibly work full-time and go to school full-time for 8+ years to take the university course of action regarding other interests anyway now that I am in my late 20's. :P

@metaltao I figured out this HVAC thing late, but better late than never. I never bothered with going to university due to the high tuition costs and dim prospects for law graduates these days. Life science is interesting as well, but I could have spent years simply narrowing things down to what I would want to study.

@metaltao Fortunately, the generic knockoff of Zantac 150 has been working for me. My IBS symptoms were aggravated a bit, but I am cutting back a bit now. I hope to return to the gym when college is over, as I have been going back-and-forth on weight loss/gain due to a lack of regular exercise.

@metaltao I can't say I am fond of heartburn (or digestive tract ailments in general). It probably hasn't helped that I have eaten a fair deal of junk food this weekend. :(

@metaltao It hasn't been easy working 14+ hours most days between college and work for the last couple of years, but it will pay off in the long run. :) Hopefully I will beat out my competition and get that HVAC job. I will have to move, given the distance between where I live and the contractor, but it will be worth it. I just hope they let me know soon either way so I can simply refuse to renew my lease or sign a month-to-month lease depending on if I get that job.

@metaltao Have you taken the prerequisite HVAC courses to start this far (close to graduation) in the HVAC curriculum? :P
I applied at an HVAC contractor out of town. I am hoping to get a job there, but either way, I need to know soon, as I need to make up my mind on lease renewal at this apartment on Wednesday. -
School resumes for me on Thursday. Hopefully I will get some good news from where I applied this week.

@metaltao I would probably have to go to an air show to see a wider variety of such aircraft. It would also be interesting to travel overseas to see Russian aircraft as well.

@metaltao I haven't seen a Chinook in person. Granted, I haven't seen much in person when it comes to military helicopters (I believe I have only seen the UH-1 and UH-60 in flight in person). I did see a Russian Mi-17 (Mi-8V) Hip in a hangar in Mexico City when the plane was taxiing (until then, I was unaware that Russian ordnance was used in Mexico).

@metaltao While it is dated compared to newer gunships out there, I still find the Mi-24 fascinating. :)
