I completely agree that these kinds of slurs and language should be avoided for public relations things like BronyCon, but I also feel that this kind of language has it's place on non-PG rated shows like Mulberry's Circle Jerk. (The title should be enough to warn anyone that harsh language and questionable content are on the show.) *sigh* I am involved in the queer community, but I don't find homophobic or transphobic slurs to be particularly offense when said in jest, except as part of serious communications with the public. (For instance, I'm fine with Mulberry saying &quot;The BronyTV guys are gaying up my circlejerk.&quot; But I'm not cool with, say, reading a fanfic that descriminates against any member of the LGBT community.) .... <a href=\"http:\/\/purpletinker.deviantart.com\/journal\/Homophobia-amp-Transphobia-in-the-Brony-Fandom-296685888\" title=\"http:\/\/purpletinker.deviantart.com\/journal\/Homophobia-amp-Transphobia-in-the-Brony-Fandom-296685888\" rel=\"nofollow external\">http:\/\/purpletinker.deviantart.com\/journal\/Homophobia-amp-Transphobia-in-the-Brony-Fandom-296685888<\/a>"}
