You can then tweak the layers to only edit that &quot;part&quot; of your image, without affecting other parts at all. You can also hide layers, so they don't get displayed in the image. I guess using something like Pinta (Win\/Mac\/Lin) or <a href=\"http:\/\/Paint.Net\/\" title=\"http:\/\/Paint.net\/\" rel=\"nofollow external\">Paint.Net<\/a> (Win-only) gives you a fair idea of what it is like."}
