I've noticed it's far more solid. I like how you don't just sleep one hour and everything's healed, at least in hardcore (which I'm playing because I'm too lazy to do two playthroughs) and the crafting options. I don't like the amount of XP that is awarded by killing mobs, though, because it's too low when compared to 1. NV looks like a hybrid between 3 and 1 when playing hardcore."}
