Honestly, it does feel to me like they kind of intend Windows to be a tablet OS from here on out. I mean, sure it all works on PC too, and at least there's the beloved Desktop mode, but what's going to happen to it in future versions? Are they going to implement a OS X Gatekeeper-type system where they warn\/block on installation of programs that DON'T come from the Windows Store? I'd be honest and say that I actually like the PRINCIPLE of how Metro works, even if it isn't executed as well. I like docking Metro apps to the side of the Desktop. I wish it wasn't such a drastic change, though.
