I don't care if the person is disabled and screams up a storm. I have an older brother who is exactly that and the screaming never happens for no reason. There's always some aspect of fear or a need for attention\/assistance that causes the screaming, and he does it because he is <i>mentally incapable of communicating it in any other way<\/i>. &quot;Fixing&quot; the issue by removing his ability to scream wouldn't solve anything, and considering he used to just get extremely violent around people when he needed something I think I'd gladly prefer the screaming."}
